ARRIVAL AT WEST INDIES.

GEORGE (Grenada), September 26 (Received Sept. 26, at 5.5 p.m.) The Pnnce arrived in the Renown at Grenada the most picturesque of all the West Indwn Islands, to-day, and was welcomed by the Governor, Sir George Had-don-Smith the Executive Legislative Councillors, and the heads of churches. The Prince visited Lake Grand Etang, 2000 ft above sea level, which was formerly the scene of fearsome negro sacrificial celebrations. It also was the scene of the massacre of British inhabitants by negro felons and a band of insurrectionists in inl« Tfc M nd ' , 1S ? ow Bnder Bri t'sh rule. Ihe whole island enjoys peace and Prosperity, although the negro population exhibits some unrest, conforming to the world-wide manifestations of discontent among workers.
The Prince wUI hold a reception aboard the Renown to-night, and will sail at daybreak for St. Lucia.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
