VISIT TO MARLBOROUGH.

(Pee United Peess Association.) BLENHEIM, September 21. The Hon. C. J. Pan-, who arrived last night from Nelson, was accorded a civic reception, and waited upon by deputations which asked for two new primary schools sites in place of tho present one and additional classroom accommodation and a hostel for Marlborough College. The Minister was also requested to bring before Cabinet the desirableness of. tho early completion of the South Island Main Trunk Railway and a road to link up Blenheim with Westport. To-day the Minister is visiting tho schools and college and will open the new public maternity hospital. He will return to Wellington to-night.
