Manv Plural Socialists have gone over to the Independent Socialists, while a great many Democrats have joined the Conservatives. The German Popular Party at Dantzig secured 34 seats, the Majority Socialists 19, Independent Socialists 21, and Poles 7. These elections fairly indicate the possible trend, of the Reichstag elections.—A. and N.Z. Cable. ROYALIST ELECTION MANIFESTO. PROMISE OF A MONARCHY. BERLIN. May 19.
