BESTOWAL OF KNIGHTHOOD.

His Royal Highness last evening bestowed the accolade on Sir George- Fenwick, upon whom a knighthood was conferred last August. 'The ceremony was performed at tho Dunedin Club in the presence of Sir William Fraser. Dγ G. H. Soholefield (official historian of the Prince's tour) and Mr F. H. Morgan (Press Association) were honoured with an invitation, to witness the ceremony.

The oelebratione at Ravenebournc on Tuesday afternoon oalled for warm commendation from those who had an opportunity of witnessing them. Among those •v:ho received the Prince was Mr E. Kellett, M.P., who has taken a prominmit part in tho celebrations throughout, and has been an enthusiastic worker in connection with tho .arrangements.
