BERLIN, May 12. Tho Germans will not -withdraw from the Spa Conference because of the alleged attacks on German girls by French black troops in tho Frankfort district. The press is furious, alleging that many girls vanishefl and have been ravished in houses of ill-fame which were filled with under-aged girls, and maintained for the troops.—A. and N.Z. Cable.

POSTPONEMENT AGREED TO. LONDON, May 12. (Received May 14, at 0.5 a.m.) It is understood that Britain and France will agree to'a slight postponement of the Spa Conference to meet Germany's wishes. It is unlikely that the Italian crisis will affect the Italian representation at Spa, as it is expected that Signor Nitti will resume the Premiership.—A. and N.Z. Cable.

TRIAL AT LEIPSIG.

The first list of the names of individuals who, as desired by the Allies, are to be brought to trial before the Imperial Court at Leipsig was handed to* the Government to-day. It comprises 45 (alleged offenders, chiefly officers, and especially U boat officers. Italy will accept President Wilson's boundary. between Italy and Jugo-Slavia, and will obtain sovereignty over the town of Frame, tort the League of Nations will administer the seaport.— A. and N.Z.
