' A Man tnd His Money," starring Tom Moore., is the outstanding feature at the Empire Theatre, and it has had a very successful run,, which seems likely to continuoaUp to the end. The story is a curious one, and a feature of it is to show to what lengths a man in love will go to bo near the object of his affection. Tho supports arc quite up to standard, and the Grand Symphony Orchestra, under the leadership nf Madame Reggiardo, . supplies some capital selections. " The Poor Boob" is still the main attraction at the Octagon Theatre. The "boob" is a man. who never can do anything successfully, but ho manages wonderfully well in the end. Bryant Washbum, in the leading part. is> both clover and amusing, and is very_ well supported. On Saturday afternoon a Bill.v West comedy was presented for tho special b?nefit of juveniles. A capable orchestra,, under tho direction of Mr A; Pettitt, provides good music

Ail attractive and entertaining programme. with two very popular artists, Mary Miles Minter and Pearl White at the head of the two principal films, is now showing at Everybody's Theatre. These pictures are "A Bachelor's Wife" and cpipode 4 of " The Lightning Raider" serial.

For variety ajirl interest the current programme at the Plaza Theatre would be hard to surpass. The star film is a fiveact comedy drama, " Never Say Quit." featuring George Walsh in an amusing Btory of a man's hard struggle against the misfortune that seemed to dog his footsteps. The supports are an Australian News and a Mutt and Jeff cartoon.

The outstanding feature of the current programme at. the King Edward Theatre is the splendid acting of Sessu* Havakawa, the Japanese actor, in tho thrilling dramatic subject- " His Debt." There are some verv exciting incidents in this film, which throughout holds the closest n.ttcntion of the onlooker. - The supports include No. 5 of the serial " Stingajree."
