«s» ANNUAL MEETIISG. Tho th-rty-iifth annual meeting of the Taiori and Peninsula Milk Supply Company was held in the Stuart .Street Hall last night. Mr A. J. Gall presided over an attendance of about 48 shareholders. During the year 539 tons of butter and 728 tons of cheese were manufactured, and tho quantity of milk for sale in town was 618.879 gallons. Tho Chairman stated that theio accounts had been separated, so that tho position of each department wna clearly shown., Suppliers will receive a final payment of £10,411, and a dividend of 6 pet cent, to sharehoMcrs was recommended. Thc> company's affairs were fully discussed, aud a number of question were answered^ Mr E. T. Ailkpn was elected a director. and Mr J. Fairbaim was rc-olected. Messr; \V. Brown wid Co. wero ro-elected auditors. Mr AV. J- Bolt, who has retired from the hoard, was heartily applauded by tho share holders for his long and useful eervico ir tho company. A vote of thanks was accorded to the directors. Mr A. P. Keminc was snbscquentlj elected chairman for tho ensuing year.
