•USE OF REFRIGERATED STEAMERS IMPRACTICABLE. {Pee United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, June 23. Sir James Allen says there are grave difficulties about utilising overseas refrigerated steamers to bring back New ZealanEers stranded in Sydney. The steamers are being sent to New Zealand to take away produce, which could not be held up, and if quarantined on arrival they would bo delayed for an indefinite time. The Government is trying to make another arrangement.
