MINING.
The mine manager of the Ohinemuri Uold and Silver Mines has reported that worfc has temporarily been stopped in the mmo until the alteration of the power plant is completed. His latest report states that tiie mam pipe line was extended a further distance of 360 ft, and the road to the Oamoola level has been widened a total distance of chains. When the work was completed, the air receiver would be taken up to that level, and the laying of the pipes proceeded with. The electrical plant, and small compressor was being dismantled. 5
