The Poles in Siberia having gained their first success at Omsk, defeating the Bolsheviks. It is expected that the Polish army will . rejoin the Czecho-Slovaks on tho Volga front. NEW YORK, November 3. Russian diplomats point out that the opening of the Dardanelles will have a tremendous effect in the Allies' favour, as it will enable the Provisional Government to move from Omsk to European Russia, which will so strengthen the Provisional government that it will mean a death blow to the Bolshevists.—A. and N Z Cable.
