(Received Nov. 5, at 1.5 a.m.) French Eastern communique: Following on the capture of Belgrade, the defeated Germans and Austrians retired to the north hank of the Danube. The Second Serbian Armv has reached the Bosnian frontier. Almost the whole of Serbia is now liberated.
