James Allen says that leave will be duty ; lurlougn to men of at least three years' ~ service with good conduct. Arrangements rrif * ur l° u oh will bo made at the front. ; The men released will have 28 days' leave •- on full pay in New Zealand, with a free 5 lailway pass for three weeks, after which '• they will re-embark fit for active service, '■ unless the Military Service Board 1 , orders otherwise in cases submitted for considera- ' J lOll -. number to be granted leave will be limited to 50 per month, by reason of the shipping - difficulty. It will be possible { for the Military Service Boards to grant leave for men on active service for reasons I °l urgent business. It must be understood B that such cases will be included in the estix mate of 50.
