PROPERTY SALES. Messrs Park, Reynolds, Ltd., offered by auction at their rooms yesterday, allotments 22 and part 23, Eglinton Township, together with a two-storey 12-roomedi house. Bidding started at £350 and reached £510, at which price the property was sold. Tho o'.her property offered (sections 1 and 2, block 11, Mornington) was passed in, as it did not bring the vendor's reserve, but was sold privately afterwards to Mr H. Mansoor.
