LONDON, January 20. (Received Jan. 21, at 6.50 p.m.) A German official report states that Ostend is being bombarded from the sea. AUSTPbIANS FOR WEST FRONT. Renter's Telegrams. THE HAGUE, January 20. (Received Jan. 21, at 6.50 p.m.) The newspaper Les Nouvelles states that the Belgian province of Lemburg is filled' with Austrian troops, who arrived last week. AERIAL ACTIVITY. HOSTILE BATTERIES ENGAGED. MILITARY TARGETS BOMBED. Australian and N.Z. Cablo Association and Reutcr. LONDON, January 20. (Received Jan. 22, at 1 a.m.) Sir Douglas Haig reports : We repulsed a raid south-east of Graincourt. We raided east of Hargicourt, taking prisoners. Hostile artillery was active at Ypres, Neuve ChapeUe, Mid Lens. Aerial observation enabled us to engage many hostile batteries. Our aircraft dropped over 300 bombs on miscellaneous targets, including a large dump at Caurtrai.
