PRINCESS THEATRE
The crowded attendance at tho Princess Theatre last night showed how greatly tho current entertainment is appreciated. Every item in tho programme was heartily applauded', _ and tho fun derived from the comicalities scattered throughout the presentation of "Izzy in Honolulu" delighted everybody. The turn presented b> Ernest Lashbrooke and Lydia Oarnc ("When Dreams Come True") charmed the entire audience by its poetry and grace. There will be a repetition of these attractions tonight. The publio leaning towards revue as the staple ingredient in its entertainment will be further catered for on Monday evening with tho arrival of the Tom Ilaverley Musical Farce Company, who arc preceded -by glowing reports of uniform success in Sydney. "Two Irish Sports" is the name of his initial revue, and the chief pivots of fun will be the two Irish Adventurers, Dan Murphy (played by Mr Havorley himself) and Mick Casey (played by the veteran Irish comedian of the legitimate stage. Mr John F. O'Neill). The story is said to bo racy and amusing, a strong company of comedians and singers support the leaders, and the. show is further reinforced by a clever and attractive bevy of show girls, who. under the name- of "tho Cute Kowpie Wonders" are said to bo ono of tho chief factors in the undoubted popularity of the company throughout tlio Fuller circuit.
