Many vessels have been launched and others are on the way. One hundred and twenty-five thousand tons of merchant ships are building at Hamburg at tho Vulcan works and at Flensburg. At Hamburg the Germans are building the steamship Bismarck, of 56,000 tons. This is 50U0 tons bigger than the Vaterland. There is also building at Hamburg the Tirpitz, a vessel of 20,000 tons. Nine others are" on •the ways at the Vulcan works and three on the ways at Flensburg.
