CABINET AND LABOUR PARTY. SOCIALISTS ANNOYED. Australian and N.Z., Cable Association. LONDON, August 19. The British Socialist party has issued a manifesto declaring that Mr Arthur Henderson's exclusion from the Cabinet is an affront to the whole Labour movement. The manifesto urges the Labour party to immediately withdraw its representatives from the Cabinet, and repudiate any of them who refuse to resign. The Durham miners have instructed their delegates to oppose the sending of representatives to the Stockholm Conference.
