His Honor Mr Justice Sim sat in Chambers yesterday morning and granted probate' of the wills of Barbara Allan, Margaret Abernethy, Robert Martin, and Thomas White. Letters of administration were granted in re Dorothea M'Leod and John M'Layf In re George Louis Heenan, deceased. M'Math and another v. Heenan and- others. —Petition for .appointment of guardian ad lifem. —Order in terms of prayer.—Also motion for directions as to service.—To be sorved on defendant (W. R. Heenan) and the guardian ad litem of infant defendants. Iversen and others v. M'Elroy and others. —Motion for commission to trustee and executors. —Order by consent allowing £J o i. out of the estate; parties to pay their own costs of the motion.
