MECHANIC KILLED BY PROPELLER. (Pμ United Pbess AnacwiATiON.l AUCKLAND, June 24. A fatality occurred at tho Kohimarama Flying School on Saturday, when Charles Porry M'Gill, a mechanic, just under 19 years of ago, was killed through being struck by tho propeller of a seaplane. Tho instructor was tuning a propellor when ho noticed tho youth's shadow, and' stopped the engine, but M'Gill was either too close or the machino moved forward, two blades of the propeller striking him. One struck tho right shoulder and arm, and tho other cleft the skull. Tho youth died an hour after admission to the hospital. His parents reside at Arklo's Bay.
