The only call on 'Change on Saturday was very quiet. In mining stocks offers of 17s 6d for Rise and Shines were refused, sellers asking £1; while for Nokomai Hydraulics sellers were asking 16s 9d, as against 16s offered in behalf of buyers. Buyers were offering £1 14s Sd for Waihis, but the holders of shares were asking- a shilling in advance of this figure. The quotations for investment stocks showed little or no change on recent prices. The following are Saturday's quotations, subject to the usual brokerage:— \ UnEiiGiNo Stocks.
