Tho monthly meeting of committee, held on u/uesday, was attended by Messrs G M. lhomson (in the chair), J. A. D. Adams L. Roseveav, W. T. TaJboys, P. L. Clark' Hugh Mitchell, Wm. J. Love; David lie. and D. Wright (missionary). The hon. treasurer reported tho following donations etc:-Mr T. 10s, business firm 2s, city merchant £25; interest 12s 6d lady helper £5 ss, another lady £1 Mr L. £1 Is, Mr Jt. £2 10s, country friend 2s 6d, member committee £1 Is, city 'barrister x>i/i ai l fi r a . rrJster £1 Is, father and son :bIU. Another business firm subscribed £25 Mr ,. P - Williams was appointed hon' auditor. Letters of thanks to tho missionary wero read and received. In his monthly memo, tho missionary V . G , a a "d detailed account of aged individuals and families (chiefly very accd people, wh- wp on his list, in South I)unodin the city proper, Maori Hill, Roslyn, Pehchet Bay Port Chalmers, St. Ulair North-East Valley, Opoho, and other parts. Not a few of these aged and frail men and women have been known to tho missionary i? periods.
