Herr Kaempf disagreed with those desiring to conquer as much as uossible, and said Germany should be satisfied if she only succeeded in safeguarding her frontiers. The Germans liked to live in neaceful competition with other nations, but refused to allow American interference. The meeting passed a resolution of indignation at President Wilson's attempt to sow discord between the Kaiser and his people. ;
