GERMANY AND PEACE.

AMSTERDAM, April 20 Herr Kaempf, President of the Reichstag, addressing a meeting of Progressives said the wax was nearing an end. The Russian revolution Jiad been of advantage to Germany, and the Kaiser's Easter peace message was gaining ground. Herr Kaempf disagreed with those desiring to conquer as much as uossible, and said Germany should be satisfied if she only succeeded in safeguarding her frontiers. The Germans liked to live in neaceful competition with other nations, but refused to allow American interference. The meeting passed a resolution of indignation at President Wilson's attempt to sow discord between the Kaiser and his people. ;
