ANOTHER RELIEF SHIP SUNK.
Router's Toloerams. AMSTERDAM, April 21. (Received April 22, at 5.5 p.m.) - The Norwegian relief Ship Kongsli, Tjouii d for Rotterdam with 8000 tons of wheat, has been sunk in the so-called safety zone. The second mate is missing. The remainder of those on board, including 19 Americans, were rescued. It is not known whether the vessel struck a mine or was torpedoed.
