INTERNAL TURKEY
SITUATION INTOLERABLE. BULGARS THREATEN TO MARCH ON CONSTAM- . TINOPLE. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. LONDON, April 17. (Received April 18, at 8.35 p.m.) The Daily Telegraph's Rome correspondent states that it has been learned from a reliable source that Turkey has informed her allies that the internal situation in Turkey is intolerable. .Bulgaria is offering Turkey advantages in the hope of preventing Turkey from defection, otherwise Bulgaria threatens to march on Constantinople. Other sources confirm the statement that Turkey's position is hopeless, but her rulers are resolved to avoid total dismemberment.
