TURKEY AMD AMERICA.
WASHINGTON, April 17. __ (Received April 18, at 10.45 p.m.) Turkey momentarily expects to sever relations with the United States. The Sultan opposes the severance, but the Young Turks are anxious to obey Germany's orders and break off relations.
