ATHLETIC AND CYCLING UNION.

.OTAGO CENTRE. Mr A. Polworth presided at a meetinK of tho executivo of the N.Z. Athletic and Cycling Union last evening. Mr D. Young was elected as a member, in place of Mr H. M'Donald, who has resigned. It was resolved to write tp a competitor at the recent meeting at Port Molyncux, warning him that drastic measures would forthwith be taken unless ho immediately complied with a past decision. It was also resolved to catttion another competitor guilty of a minor offence. Tho resignation of Mr W. M. Wilson was accepted with repret. and it was decided to write thanking him for his long and, faithful work hi tho union's interests. It was decided to send a letter of condolence to tho relatives of the late Mr Woodlcy, of Auckland, whoso services for the union were unfortunately terminated by death. Accounts amounting to £17 Is 8d wcro passed for paymsnt.
