Corporal G. H. Wilson, son of Mr W. H. Wilson, of York place, enlisted in the 2nd Field Engineers. Commonwealth Expeditionary Force. His father has had the pleasure ol receiving irom tne Uaso HtcorUs Office in Melbourne a letter covering the enclosed extract from a supplement to the London Gazettel have the honour to submit herewith the name of No. 110 Acting Corporal G. H. Wilson, whose services I wish to bring to your lordship's notice in contrition w.th the operations described in my despatch of' December 11, 1915." Mr Vv.ison iias another son serving the Empire with the New Zealand Expeditionary Force. Concerning this son, who was invalided home, the father has received from Mr Thomas Mackenzie, High Commissioner, a letter dated February 16, intimating that Driver H. Wilson had that morning left for F.srvpt "looking well and hearty."
