ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES

(Pbb United Pbess Association.) NEW PLYMOUTH, May 3. A fatal motor accident occurred on. the Junction road, about six miles from New Plymouth, this morning. Mre Walker, of Kaponga, was driving her car with a party to a wedding. She mistook the road, and, discovering her mistake, endeavoured, to tum sharply. The oar capsized. Mrs Walker was killed', but the other occupants were only shaken. WELLINGTON. May 3. Mr William Jenkins, a second-hand dealer, while driving a trap along Buckle street, fell between the horse and the vehicle. Tho horse bolted, and Mr Jenkins, who waa dragged, had both his legs broken. Late yesterday afternoon the polioe were informed that a lady had found the body of a man lying near a bridge by the Maori road. The body proved to be that of ai young man, who had apparently died from natural causes, and it was removed to the morgue. So far the man has not been definitely identified.
