WITH THE RUSSIANS
IMPROVEMENT IN ARTILLERY. SENSATION IN GERMANY. COPENHAGEN, April 11. There is a sensation in German military circles owing to the improvement in Russian artillery. It is believed that French officers are directing the fire. The German losses at Narooz were colossal, owing to their adopting their old plan of attack and not suspecting the presence of new artillery.
