RUSSIAN PRISONERS IN GERMANY.
BRUTAL TREATMENT. PETROGRAD, April 11. A Russian prisoner in Germany smuggled a letter through to Petrograd. It states that the prisoners are almost famishing, and that sometimes they are bound to posts and thrashed.
