GERMAN SUBMARINE CAPTURED. BOYS AS CREW. LONDON, April 10. The Daily Telegraph states that the German submarine which a French flotilla captured on Tuesday, April .4, is of the newer type. Two officers and 20 seamen surrendered, the majority of them bein" youths in their teens.
