(Received Nov. 15, at 5.5 p.m.) Tne Times Amsterdam correspon> dent states that Holland is teeming with German spies. Teutons swarm the hotels and railway trains. They sit close to British people at cafes and restaurants. The great economic pressure in Ger> many is beginning to dawn upon Ger» mans, and industrial chaos after the war cannot be averted. They are still »confident of victory, but the difficulties in the way of finding positions lor th~, millions who are now fighting after tl . war is a positive nightmare, and thousands of wealthy Germans are flocking to Holland. Meantime there is a fictitious war activity. There is a large demand for Dutch navvies, miners, bricklayers, carpenters, and metal workers. Krnpps are offering to take on any nnmber of men, but the Dntch are not accepting the ofier3 be. cruse of the high prices for German food.
