KIWI DEFENCE CLUB. On Saturday afternoon the Kiwi Defence Club fired the second competition of tho Vice-president's Match. The conditions were:—Seven shots and one sighter at 500 yds and 600 yds. The principal scores

PORTOBELLO MINIATURE CLUB. The Portobello Miniature Rifle Club held its usual practice shooting on Wednesday afternoon, November 10. The day was very good for shooting, and some fair scores were recorded. A meeting of tho club was held on the range during the afternoon, and it was decided to shoot every fortnight, on Wednesday afternoons. The committee hopes to hold a handicap competition for prizes very shortly. The following, were the scores for Wednesday : —
