THE BAY TOWN AND AMALGAMATION.
Sir,—ln fairness to the chairman of the Bay Town Board, who has always championed the best interests of the district, would it not have been in better tasto if some- member of the so-called' Anderson Bay Ratepayers' Association had publicly addressed the meeting in support of their side of the question, instead of leaving it to an ex-city councillor to champion their cause. To my mind it seems hardly playing tho game.—l am. etc., Musselburgh Rise. .E. B. Haywabd.
