HAYWARD'S PICTURES. A powerful study of modern city life is expressed in a maeterly manner-in the Reliance Company's big star dramatic attraction "The Outcast," which will bo presented at The Octagon to-night. The sub : jeet is an adaptation of a story by Thomas Nelson Page, Ambassador of the United States in Italy. After the tragedy the great court scenes are displayed with marvellous accuracy and the working out of the case is shown with the utmost fidelity. The end, while thoroughly logical, gives a hearty glow of satisfaction to the audience. " Tippcrary," a charming collection of scenes in and around the famous Irish town, the War Gazette, and other films complete what ahould prove a perfect programme.
