NOT TO BE POSTPONED. Prean Association—By Telegraph.—Copyright. MELBOURNE, August 31. In the Federal House, in reply to Mr Cook's question as to whether, in view of the serious nature of the European outlook, the mounting up of casualties, and the disability of the people to concentrate on war, he would not postpone the Referenda, Mr Fisher stated that - ' the Government believed the Referenda would not weaken, but rather strengthen, Australia. Therefore he would not postpone them.
