Sir Robert Stout, Chief Justice, presided, with him. Justices , Denniston, Edwards, and Chapman. In the law practitioners cases, all from Chxistchurcn, the following orders were made:—An order absolute striking Thomas Mande off the roll of barristers and solicitors, with costs (£ls 15s) and lisbursements to the Canterbury Law Society; an. order absolute striking Frank JJowring Turner.off the roll of- solicitors, costs (£ls 15s) and disbursements; an order absolute striking Robert Thomas •( l&athem. off the. roll of barristers and solicitors, costs (£ls 15s) and disbursements. , '.The hearing of the election petition liases has been fixed for Monday, April 12. Provisional leave was granted to appeal Vlo the Privy Council in the Herman Weger Manufacturing and Contracting Company (Ltd.) v. the Mangaone Oilfields Company (Ltd.). on the motion of Sir John Fmdlay, K.C.
