BOATMANS CONSOLIDATED GOLD MINES.
Wo publish this morning an abridged prospectus of tho Boatmans Consolidated Gold Minos (Limited), which is being put on tho market Of the shares into which tho company is to be divided, one-third, deemed to be fully paid-up, ai-o to be allotted to tho vendors, who are also to receive a cash payment of £5000. Of the latter amount, however, £4000 is not to be paid except out of profits, and until £20,000 of share capital has been paid up, and the vendors avo not to traffic in their paid-up shares until the whole of the contributing shares havo been subscribed for and allotted. Tho privileges and rights which the company is being formed to develop andi work include seven special quartz claims, and an extensive scheme of deep sinking is contemplated. Tho company has secured tho offer of a subsidy of £10,000 from tho Government to aid it in its developmental work upon tho condition that the amount will be repayable to the State out of profit's, the Government receiving £500 out of every £1000 of profits until tho whole subsidy has been return id.
