Tho privileges and rights which the company is being formed to develop andi work include seven special quartz claims, and an extensive scheme of deep sinking is contemplated. Tho company has secured tho offer of a subsidy of £10,000 from tho Government to aid it in its developmental work upon tho condition that the amount will be repayable to the State out of profit's, the Government receiving £500 out of every £1000 of profits until tho whole subsidy has been return id.
