(Reoeived Nov. 6, at 9.45 p.m.) The Arbitration Court fined the secretary of the Musicians' Union £25 on each of two charges of aiding and abetting in a strike, and also fined the union £25 far abetting in a strike arising out of the replacement of three members of the union by American performers.
