RECEIPTS AND EXPENDITURE.

LONDON, February 19. (Received Feb. 19, at 11.35 p.m.)
The receipts under the National Insurance Act to the end of December were £33,420,000, and the expenditure in benefits was ■ £12,926,000, while the cost of administration was £3,927,000. The balance was invested through the National lsebt Commissioners and approved societies.
