ACTION BY MAJOR ADAMS. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, February 19. (Received Feb. 19, at 9.55 p.m.) In the action brought for libel by Major Adams against Colonel Sir E. Ward, late Permanent Under-secretory for War, Mr Justice Darling ruled that there was no evidence of malice on Sir E. Ward's part. He left the question of privilege to the jury'e decision.
