GARDEN FETE.
The snorts section in connection with the annual garden fete is being organised on similar Hues to those of last year. There will be competitions for cricketers, bowlers, golfers, and loo.bailers, and the fun will be kept going all the afternoon. The schools, too, are preparing for their usual displays, while the various fife and drum, bands will assist. The decorations and illuminations will also 1* a. leading feature of the fete. Indeed, with their experience of the iKist two years to aid them, the committee may be relied upon to offer a list of attractions on March 4 that will surpass anything yet. seen in Dunedin.
