PAST THE THEORETICAL STAGE.
CONTRACT PLACED.

(Received Oct. 10, at 11.30 p.m.) Tha Daily News states in connection with the All-Ted route, that a contract valued at a million pounds has been placed with Messrs Perry and Company, contractors, to build a h'aibour at Blocksod Bay, a railway from Coolooney to Blacksod Bay, via Ballina Channel, and a train ferry across the Irish Sea. The paper adds that tho scheme has passed the theoretical stage.
