A man named Cunningham, who was employed at the Randfoutein Battery, suddenly became demented. He shot his wife and sister-in-law dead, then rode on a bicycle to a school, whera he called out his three dhildren and ehot them all. Afterwards he rodo to the mine and committed suicide by taking poison.
