ACCUSED ACQUITTED. (Pee United Press Association.) AUCKLAND, August 28. Alico Sarah Williamson, a married woman, was charged at tho Supreme Court to-day with tho murder of Ellen Ahlgen at Henderson on July 17. ■ The case arose out of the death of Mrs Ahlgen by burning, and was based upon her dying depositions. Tho evidenco. given was similar to that at tho inquest and tho lower court proceedings. fho jury returned a verdict of "Not guilty," and the aocused was diaoharged.
