FEDERATION EXECUTIVE ASSEMBLING. (From Odh Own Correspondent.) GREYMOUTH, August 28. The Secretary of tho Blackball Miners' Union has received a telegram stating that the executive of the United Federation of Labour was assembling in Wellington on Friday to discuss the situation. In all probability the delegates will arrive here on Monday to try and bring abont a settlement.
