(Pee United Peess Association.) NAPIER, July 26. The annual report of the Farmers' Cooperative Association shows a profit of £11,109 19s lid, which, on the recommendation of the directors, will to allocated as follows:—A dividend of 8 per cent., a bonus of iVi per cent,, on commissions (land excepted) ; a bonus of 2j per oent. on Roods (net goods exoepted), and £1500 added to the reserve fund. The balance will bo carried forward.
