ARRIVAL FROM NOUMEA. NO SHORE COMMUNICATION; (Pbe Unhid Pbbss Association.) AUCKLAND, July 19. i H.M.S. Pyramns arrived from Noumea to-day, and anchored in the stream. Shewas visited and passed by the Health Officer, but no communication was permitted with the shore, awing to the epidemic here, pending instructions from the Admiralty. <
