Sib,—Your issue of the 18tli inst. did not supply iho name of the ■ plumber -who, os my union ha 6 complained, was summoned for a breach of the Drainage Board's bylaws and was so fortunate as to have the fiiirnmona withdrawn by the chairman of the board. It is only fair to all plumbers that it should 1m mentioned that it was in re-t-peet of Mr J. Wilson, of the Octagon, that the union's complaint was made.—l am, etc., B.
