RAILWAY TROUBLE SETTLED.

(Received March 9, at 5.5 p.m.) The Midland Railway Company has reinstated Richardson, The company states that it recognises the possibility of oral instructions conflicting with the printed regulations, and it proposes to Tevise the latter to meet the difficulty.
THE BAKERS' DISPUTE. MR BUXTON INTERVENES. LONDON, March 8. (Received March 9, at 5.5 p.m.) The Right Hon. Mr Buxton (President of the Board of Trade) has intervened in connection with the bakers' dispute.
